Room 4 Double Standard

Valentine City Centre Guesthouse provides all the comforts and facilities that the discerning traveller visiting Edinburgh for business or leisure would expect.

We have nine rooms in total, ranging from Doubles and Twins to four/five person family rooms. All rooms feature tea and coffee making facilities,and colour TV with a wide range of digital television channels.

There is of course access to iron, hairdryer, courtesy umbrellas, toiletries etc.

Our local knowledge is guaranteed to assist you, the Guest House is owned and operated by an Edinburgh family, born less than a kilometre away!!

Rooms are standard (three rooms sharing two shower-rooms), with a hot and cold sink unit in each room unless specified as en-suite, which additionally have a private toilet and shower within the room.

We serve Princes fruit juices, Kelloggs cereals, unlimited tea, fine filter coffee, or hot chocolate; unlimited white/wholemeal toast, eggs to order (fried, poached, scrambled or boiled) and a full Scottish cooked breakfast cooked to order of your choice of sausage, bacon, haggis, black pudding, tomato, egg and baked beans at the following times:

Saturday-Sunday and Holidays

8.45am to 9.30am
